2. American Nursing Foundation

Description: The American Nursing Foundation has been giving to the world of nursing in important ways since 1955, with assistance and funds being provided for education, research, clinical practices, and more.

3. American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)

Description: This year has been an important one for fighting for and preserving civil rights and freedoms for the black community, and it’s important that we continue the fight. The ACLU has been doing just that since 1920.

Description: It’s been a tough one financially this year for millions of families across the U.S. If you want to help make a difference for those who are struggling, Family Promise is a great one to donate to. Family Promise helps homeless and low-income families who are in need and serves to support them gaining their independence.
